On February 26, 2021, Synecom obtained the authorization to treat SF6 gas as waste code CER 160505 and 160504* from the General Directorate for Environment and Climate of the Lombardy Region.
This gas will be included in the regeneration process thanks to which CO2 emissions, due to the disposal of this gas with a plasma flame, are avoided, the production of new SF6 is avoided and, at the same time, it allows us to reintroduce it into the production cycle in line with the concept of circular economy and green economy.
