A precision vacuum gauge connected to the display allows the monitoring of the pressure from 100 mbar to < 1 mbar

The solenoid valve avoids operating errors: 1. closes at every power failure or pump stop 2. stay close in case of connection of a overpressured hose (>1,5 bar abs)
